Call to Order - Bernice Scott, Committee Chair, called the meeting to
order.
Approval of Minutes - The minutes of the June 26, 2001 Regular Session Meeting were approved as submitted.
Adoption of Agenda - The agenda was adopted as submitted.
I. Items for Action
A. Ordinance Amendment: Extension of Interim Zoning & Land Development - the Committee forwarded this item to Council without a recommendation.
B. Award of Contract: Entrance Road for SYSCO - the Committee recommended approval of the award of contract in the amount of $262,273 to Lanier Construction for the construction of an entrance road for SYSCO.
C. Letter of Support: Cedarwood Apartments Rehabilitation - the Committee recommended approval of a letter of support to Regency Development for the rehabilitation of Cedarwood Apartments.
II. Items Pending Analysis
There were no pending items
III. Items for Information / Discussion
A. Compensation for Relinquished Easements - the Committee deferred this item until the September Committee meeting.
